This policy applies to MS Rollout plans bought from Marc Robitaille, doing business as MS Rollout. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which issues any refund to the original payment method.
Free trial
New companies start with a free trial of 90 days with 20 seats. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund for it.
30-day money-back guarantee
A monthly or yearly plan gets a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 30 days of it. A refunded plan ends straight away.
After that
A plan can be cancelled at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed; renewals already paid are not refunded, in full or in part. Seats removed take effect at the renewal and are not refunded.
This does not limit any right to cancel or to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
How to ask
Write to supports [at] msrollout.com from the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank may take longer to show it.
