Questions about paying
How does the free trial work?
Every new company starts with a free trial of 90 days with 20 seats. No card is needed and nothing is charged during the trial. It starts when the company's email is confirmed. You can choose a plan at any time in the web portal: its seats apply right away, you keep the rest of your free months, and the first payment is taken when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
What is a seat?
One person who signs in to the MS Rollout app: a manager, an estimator, a crew chief, a worker or someone of the support crew. The Company plan includes 1 seat, and you can add as many as you need.
How do I pay?
By card or another method offered at checkout, through Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. You subscribe and manage your plan from the web portal at app.msrollout.com. Paddle handles payment, invoices and sales tax.
Can I add or remove seats?
Yes. Seats you add are charged right away, pro-rated for the rest of the billing period. Seats you remove end at the next renewal and are not refunded.
Can I cancel?
At any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. A full refund of your first payment if you ask within 30 days of it. See the Refund Policy.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars before tax. Paddle adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where the law requires it.
Will prices change?
If we change the price of your subscription, the company's managers are emailed at least 60 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then. See the Terms of Service.
